Abstract

In an environment of political unrest and uncertainty in this country, the editorial board of Ainkaa, Journal of Political Science students, is pleased to present its thirteenth issue. The contents of this new edition aim to continue with the main idea established from the first issue of Ainkaa, "as an academic and editorial project, to be a space for dissemination, discussion and qualification of students and teachers from all latitudes" (Vélez Agudelo, 2017, p.7), and this is why we present a total of eight texts composed of four articles, three interviews and a translation, which were possible after times of incessant patience with the entire process of evaluating the issue.
